If you sign in with Google or LINE, we receive your name and profile picture from those services.

- To manage your account and league membership
- To display your name/nickname on event attendee lists and tournament brackets
- To compile leaderboard statistics (matches played, won, etc.)
- To send event reminders and league announcements (if opted in)
Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. Your name, nickname, and pool statistics are visible to other league members on the leaderboard and event pages.

Eligibility
Doctors With Nurses is open to medical professionals (doctors, nurses, and other healthcare workers) in the Pattaya area. We reserve the right to approve or deny membership at our discretion.
Conduct
- Treat all members with respect and good sportsmanship
- No harassment, cheating, or unsportsmanlike behavior
- Follow the official pool rules as posted on our Rules page
- Do not misuse the Service or attempt to disrupt events
Events & Attendance
Confirming attendance is a commitment. Repeated no-shows may affect your ability to register for future events.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.
